Terrible service, felt extremely unwelcome and they locked the doors just after I walked in so my mum couldn?t even come in. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they kept making that clear. While looking for a new bed they stood and stared until we were done and got annoyed when asked to open the door to let us out. Just a terrible experience with rude people, good furniture though.

EXTREMELY POOR DELIVERY SERVICEI bought a chair ie sofa from British Heart Foundation Huntingdon yesterday, I paid for delivery and I was told that the delivery will be done the next day. On the delivery day, I received a message that they will be at my home by 2:27pm, by 2:24pm, they were already at the door, banging the door so hard continously, making just too loud noise. The knock alone was not close to friendly. When I got to the door, they were 2 men, one far older than the other. The older man has very bad behaviour, so impatient and extremely rude. He just had a very few effort to bring in the sofa. He immediately said this sofa will not go in. FYI, the said sofa is same size with the old one I have already inside. The older man with very poor effort told the young peaceful looking man they should return the sofa. The older man's behaviour was extremely rude and unpleasant. They ruined my good mode this day. I so wished I didn't encounter them or have anything to do with this set of people. I don't wish anyone to have this bad experience. I also wish BHF do something about this older staff, he needs to be retrained as he clearly has very poor human relation skills in my assessment. I had very bad experience. So sad!

Paul and Elliott came to do a pick up today. I had a text of their eta, and they were spot on time. They were respectful of my home, friendly, courteous, helpful. An asset to BHF. Thank you. Thank you also to Sam in the shop who was equally pleasant and helpful.
