Very confusing road layout with inadequate signage. No parking for trailers or caravans therefore this has no right to call itself 'services'. While queuing for 10minutes for fuel we were able to use the toilets which were at least clean hence the extra star.

I am never ever going back to this place. I could be gasping for a tea and about to soil my underpants, but I'd still drive past. Dirty, extremely confusing (and borderline dangerous) layout, and badly maintained. Horrible vibe all round. Whoever owns or manages this should be ashamed.

Absolutely disgusting place - filthy toilets, flooded, forcing customers to stand in someone else?s wee, not acceptable for BP and M&S services.

Bp is changing a parking Fee for HGV for overnight parking, so i will drop this review here .

This is by far the worst hgv parking lot I've ever been in, it's unbelievable, the dirt, the smell, the potholes, the lack of a shower for drivers, the horrendous toilets, it's really really bad, no joke

Absolutely shocking customer service says 24 hour opening but night pay only and won't let you in to use the toilet at 2130. Don't bother go elsewhere

Went with a colleague to get energy drinks and cookies for our shift and were denied stating we needed ID despite the fact we were both in uniform (16+ hiring) and I had a photograph of my ID. Won?t be coming back as a result.

It's 8 am Saturday morning. The toilets are unclean. There is no soap in gents and no loo paper in the women's.

Had the misfortune to stop here on 14th March. Awful toilets. Told the young man on the till and he just shrugged his shoulders.

Poor excuse for a Services. NO Showers, no 24/7 toilet access!! And the lorry parking is a joke. So many of the parking areas have such deep ruts and potholes they are unusable. Operator must be making so.much money charging for parking and not repairing defects in road surface and what will be a walkway when leaving trucks etc, some of the worst bays are coned off, some portholes have Tyres laying in them but are still deep !! Must Do Better !!!

Basically a BP station, McDonald's, Premier Inn and a steak type pub. Limited HGV parking spaces and nothing except parking for £10. No showers or proper toilet facilities.
