Horrible customer service at the perfume station. . I don?t know what?s wrong with this lady but if she has an issue with customers then she should definitely change jobs . Just went there to buy a perfume with my husband, and apart from being ignored by her and for her to just go to the next customer ,after she finished with them she continued to ignore us . When we said sorry can we check the perfume we were there to buy , she pulled a face and said yeah with an attitude . I asked what?s wrong , what?s the problem , and she went I thought you want to just look . I clarified I wanted to buy the perfume , and she just went straight , took it out , and went that?s £99 pounds . That?s when my husband got upset and said leave it and just went out . That?s no way of treating people , I?m not talking about customers. ?i Mia , thank you for the horrible service and attitude .

Extremely rude young man who assisted me at the pharmacy desk.i went in to rebuy some tablets that he had ordered for me few weeks ago aa they had to be ordered. When I went to ask if I could reorder the young man was adamant these were prescription only tablets despite my buying them over the counter and he had ordered them previously. He wouldn't listen thst he had ordered and I purchased there. Needs better training in customer service or perhaps he sold prescription only ones to me and didn't want to admit his mistake

This is the 2nd time now I have experienced, and today experienced others, have extremely poor customer service from the lady with the grey bun on Pharmacy; who looking at other reviews is called Sara.
There is absolutely no customer interaction at all, in fact there is passive aggression; she clearly does not want to be there at all.
I am able to ?hold my own? and don?t visit the Pharmacy frequently, however there will be vulnerable people who collect their regular prescriptions and would feel undermined by her.
I didn?t post the first time it happened giving her the benefit of the doubt, but having seen it again today and also to someone waiting in front of me, her approach is absolutely not acceptable.

The door at the side still isn't access, which is a waste as it was an automatic door, making the shop more accessible for disabled people.
Also, there is always a queue... otherwise good product selection.

Just popped in to buy vitamins and went to the counter by the vitamin display, was then asked by Sara on the counter with the grey bun, was I buying anything from behind there ? No thank you I said. Oh she replied the main till is over there! She did take payment and by that time a couple were waiting to be served. I moved away expecting her to explain the same to the couple but NO !! not a word was said. Must be just me then that shouldn't be served at that counter. Very poor customer service.

Waited in the queue for 10 minutes, as I was looking to purchase 8 perfumes for Xmas presents. Was ignored by the girl at the checkout who then proceeded to serve somebody else who had just joined the queue. Walked out and went to Superdrug

Went for flu jab and covid. 10 minutes before appointment we were told they didn't have enough vaccine and all other appointments were cancelled. Didn't even announce it to everyone just stuck a note up.

Good luck booking a flu jab there - you book it, they spam you relentlessly with text and email reminders multiple times a day and then they cancel at the last minute. It's happened to me twice in a row now and - looking at the number of people who appear to have been screaming into the void with neglected Trustpilot reviews - I'm not counting on a third-time-lucky reversal of fortune any time soon.
