We had a fantastic experience with Bensons Beds from the moment we walked into the store to the delivery of our new mattress. The customer service throughout was excellent ? the sales person was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed without any pressure.
The mattresses themselves are absolutely lovely ? high quality, super comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was packaged very well, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition.
The delivery team was just as impressive ? punctual, friendly, and professional. It?s clear that Bensons Beds takes pride in offering a seamless experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.

Sadly although Steve and Andrew were excellent the whole process has been a nightmare.
1. My delivery date was set and I had several emails and texts. Sadly on the day the bed had not been loaded at the warehouse so I was left with just a mattress !!
2. I called customer service who offered me an apology my delivery fee refunded plus an air bed to be sent.
3. I received another date and again several emails and texts but was rung by the delivery team to say once again the warehouse had not loaded the bed onto the van.
4. Another call to the customer service and they apologise and any me £40 bensons voucher!
5. Finally my bed arrived.
6. My son in law and daughter had taken time off work 3 times to assemble this bed. !
I will never be using Benspns ever again. I am 70 years old. Had chosen the first delivery date to concise with my move to a new home where there was no bed.P

Very poor customer service and a misleading promise in the guise of a comfort guarantee. No refund offered for a cheaper bed and in store service was simply asking us to call the head office. Very disappointed, will not recommend.

We were initially only looking for a new bed for our daughter, but made the mistake of taking our son along too. So we ended up purchasing 2 king size beds! Tony, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgable. Had it not been for Tony we would have most likely ended up buying the wrong size beds as I was quite sure we needed doubles and not king sizes (but I blame the children!).
Tony answered all of my questions professionally and courteously and definitely knew his stuff. He gave us time to consider our choices and make our final decisions.
