Faultless, cannot fault these guys at all. Chris was lovely to deal with from start to finish.Had an issue with my Mini Cooper and i was referred to Bartletts from our usual mechanic. Offered advice on the phone and ended up biting the bullet and taking it to them as they are specialists.Great communication and kept me updated throughout the whole process.The fault ended up needing more work than they originally quoted and they didn't even charge me anymore.When they say they will fix your car, they truly mean what they say and they don't stop until it is sorted.Will definitely recommend these for any BMW, Mini or Porsche works and go to them again. You truly get what you pay for and their service and workmanship is worth it.

Have recently used Bartlett at Huntingdon for first time covering service and MOT. Customer experience has been excellent from the initial enquiry through to work being undertaken with special mention to Jason who is very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable with insight to specifics relating to my car. The reception and waiting area is well organised and comfortable if waiting for your car. The option of using a courtesy bike if live local is a great idea along with the provision of a small desk and WiFi to use if needed. Would happily recommend.

I have had my Cayman S serviced at Bartlett, Huntingdon, on quite a few occasions now; and have found the arrangements, the reception, the service and the face-to-face discussions extremely good. Any additional costs to be incurred because of a new fault found or as a servicing requirement are explained up front so that unpleasant surprises are avoided!They also offer a hire car (for a fee) or a bicycle (free) whilst your car is with them: the bike option is very useful for me as I only live a few miles away.

Bartletts have looked after my Mini for almost 12 months now. They always explain the cost and are so helpful with letting me know about the most important things which need fixing and those that can wait. Chris, especially, is so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. There?s always coffee on hand and always a ready smile. I trust Bartletts as they have never let me down. I wouldn?t go anywhere else. My Mini is in good hands.
