“I rarely shop at Sainsbury’s but called in to pick up a large package from Argos and was struggling. A young lad, Martin , who was sorting the trollies asked if I needed a hand as I didn’t have a coin for a trolley. I accepted and he carried my large, fairly heavy box to my car for me and put it in the boot. I was very grateful for his help as I would not have managed otherwise.
