Sarah and Hishaam, customer service colleagues, were helping two ladies when I arrived. Patiently they explained the differences between products to help their choice.
They were just as good with my query, so to B&Q, I say, you have great staff, who use their knowledge well and ask good questions to find out the facts. That's why it's the first choice of store for me and I hope that staff who create positive shopping experiences are rewarded too!

Had a fantastic experience with the paint-mixing service at B&Q Huntingdon. The lady who assisted me, an Indian staff member, forgot her name, but she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. She ensured the colour matched perfectly and offered great advice on finishes and application. Highly recommended her!
