Right from my initial contact on a Sunday where I spoke to a lovely , friendly lady who was so reassuring and made my stressful experience of a leaking ipace windscreen less stressful. Got a ridiculous quote from autoglass so decided to look elsewhere. These guys were great on the phone, reasonably priced and the work was fast and efficient. Literally nothing to complain about , excellent service and will happily use again in the future.

Can?t fault the windscreen work but during the process damage was caused to the car. After contacting the company I was given the predictable response from the Director Karl that the technician denies the damage and that it was the fault of another driver or I?d hit a wall! The car was parked all day in a very quiet and hardly used row of a car park which I can see from my office window. No other cars parked beside me all day. I?ve only had the car for a week and know this damage was not there prior to the window replacement. No compassion or duty of care given. There?s a reason they?re cheaper and I?m now out of pocket for damage that?s not my fault. Will use a reputable company in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement
