Had an appointment booked last week to check for slow puncture at 1pm. 120pm I asked what was happening and a member of staff said, be in shortly, the boss has turned up. At 140, I went into the garage and the guy was just looking at his phone, so I asked for my keys back and leftas late back for work. He just said, I'm sorry

Went for a tire and had tracking done guy said do it cheaper for cash. When I came back he said that was the easiest one he done! That because he didn?t even touch it! Outside of my tire is bald through with uneven wear after 2 months! Won?t be using this company again!

Went in for mot efficient except I asked about a service for my suzuki hybrid they couldn't do one as no one trained to work on hybrid cars or electric cars what a disappointment they lost a sale as the result of that

Although I had an appointment for a specific time, I had to wait 45 minutes for them to start on the car. There are no coffee facilities while you wait, and the free WiFi keeps dropping out every two minutes. They also wanted me to sign the job was done before even bringing car out for me to check.

Rang up to ask when they had availability for a air con recharge. Ross told me i could take it straight away. Great service and all done in less than a hour.

I booked in week before for wheel tracking, left the car on time supposed to picked up after 2 hours, went bk they didn?t touch it and there is no explanation, they want me to booked again but don?t know when . What a waste of time!

Have to say I'm very disappointed with this branch for cancelling my appointment Mon 21st Nov due to staffing issues, my MOT is due at end of this month so offering a date in December is not a good solution! Hope they can get the staffing issue sorted out otherwise I wouldn't consider using them again. I have contacted them as per below but surprise surprise no response to my complaint!
