Absolutely useless pharmacy. I keep calling trying to get my prescription.. auto recording says no one is available to take your call and hangs up.. for the past 3 days! Go somewhere else.

Disgusting patient treatment, constant mistakes(wrong medication, wrong amount, wrong dosages of which i took pictures!) and time wasting on their part. No wonder the nhs is in crisis with money with people like this working under them! Shame they dont employ people with half a brain then more could be spent on our nurses/doctors and supporting staff who can do their jobs!After 2 years of regular mess ups by them i took my prescriptions elsewhere and have had brilliant service!

Why can't the acorn pharmacy open on time says on website opens at 08.45 this morning it was 09.08 no apology from staff when they finally opened the door....a lady who was also waiting said it was like that on Friday and she couldn't wait it's bad enough to be closed all weekend without not opening on time Monday to Friday when the website says it is

Worst organisation I have ever experienced, I have been trying to get my medicine from this pharmacy for the past 6 days and I still haven't received it yet. My dad went to the pharmacy last Wednesday to pick up my repeat prescription the pharmacist gave him all the medicines a part from two he said they will be ready for Friday. So I phone the pharmacy on Friday Morning asking the lady on the phone if my medicine is ready at first she got confused at what medicine I was asking about but eventually understood, she said it will be ready in the afternoon. my dad went to the pharmacy in the afternoon the pharmacist only gave him one and said come on Monday for the other one. my dad went on Monday in the afternoon he explained to the the lady, she said to him write the name of the medicine on a piece of paper or come tomorrow.I phone the pharmacy on Tuesday Morning asking the lady on the phone if my medicine is ready the lady said should be ready for the afternoon so I went there in the afternoon the lady said it hasn't been done and that she will have it delivered tomorrow, so disappointed.

Always been super helpful to me, they know my face everytime, especially one of the younger women in there, and she knows immediately what im picking up for my wife and her monthly prescription. It's a busy pharmacy and covers a wide area of huntingdon, so anyone giving this Pharmacy some 'stick' needs to be far more patient and understand they are dealing with everyones medication all the time, while sorting it and ensuring the right ones are given.
