Probably one of the nicest roast dinners I've had was 10 out of 10 and you got a good plate of it, Will definitely be retuning.

Lovely welcome and lovely food, and our two doggies were made most welcome, even when the young one decided to become the pub guard-dog and bark his head off. We'd totally recommend the chicken skewers in garlic and honey glaze.

Very nice, a proper village pub. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Nice sized portions and prompt service. Good choice of beers, both real ales and kegs. Will definitely make a return visit.

What a nice pub, for Sunday lunch, the meal was excellent, including the nut roast!Vegetarian options: Very good, edible, veggie nut roast!Parking: Parking is no problem.

The Sunday roast was delicious. Good portion sizes, crispy potatoes, nicely cooked veg and plenty of gravy. The nut roast was also delicious and the meat eaters enjoyed their beef and pork too. Highly recommend for Sunday lunch.

It was the best beef ciabatta I've ever had. The food was exceptional. Would recommend booking. Nearly every table was reserved for Sunday lunch.

Always a pleasure here, good beer great food and decent prices.Parking: There are a good 15 parking spaces if people park like sensible adults but plenty of room on the road.

Just had a quiet Tuesday lunch of scampi, chips and lovely fresh salad. Just the two of us in there for a while but welcome was warm, music was cool and we enjoyed our visit.
