Food poisoning from the sandwiches avoid

Ordered afternoon tea. Tea was lacking gave 7 one person teapots for 13 people. Variety diminished from last visit.. No macarones etc. not fairly shared out on table.. staff did not check if everything was ok. Did not replenish tea we had to ask. Very poor.

It wasn't busy but there was a que.
We felt the full monty breakfast was probably a tad expensive especially when you had to purchase toast on top. Coffee and tea was nice , the views were great overlooking the water. We couldn't find the beach area so may be the next trip . We thought with the parking fees it was very expensive experience but we were on a break away and life is too short...on a positive note they allow dogs and the toilets are clean and tidy..
Probably won't go back and if we did I'd take a pack up come picnic.

I?ve wanted to have a coffee with my friend I?ve came to this coffee shop and it was an massive mistake the customer service was absolutely awful never again no smile on there faces the attitude they have was not acceptable not even a hello how can I help.
That was only one point the second was I asked for a ice latte and there was no coffee shot they just throw milk and ice I?ve asked for coffee and they did not want to add any coffee it wasn?t what I ordered they wasn?t bothered also shows there service is not right at all . Didn?t enjoy it at all
I wouldn?t advice to go there at all waste of money waste of time not a friendly environment rude horrible people disgusting food horrible coffee and no god service WASTE OF TIME

Visited on the 31st December 2024 - Staff were rude, no acknowledgement that we were waiting, no greeting, just talking amongst themselves and walking past us, views from the cafe are lovely, staff not so much. Can't rate the food or drink as we decided against just standing there trying to get some service.

Dissatisfied. Sausage rolls at 3.60 each. Had obviously been in the heated cabinet all day. We're inedible. Ladies toilets in a disgusting state. Not a happy customer.

Cycled 80 miles to get here & was looked after admirably, they saw me waiting outside and opened early especially to let me in. Fed me a handsome breakfast and delicious coffee setting me up nicely for the return journey home. Most definitely revisiting.

Great location and hot drinks brought to our table. A freshly-made gridddled tostada style sandwich looked delicious for my husband. Lovely cosy spot to admire the Graffham views and friendly, patient staff- we were clip clopping round on our cycling shoes. Thank you for having usParking: We weren?t driving- very easy by bike

Very nice destination and view, food arrived realtively quickly after ordering, cakes and cold drinks had a limited selection today. Lunch & drink cost about £12.50 pp. Lovely young lady on shift chatty and helpfulWould go again
