Always a friendly greeting which sets their welcoming atmosphere and it's easy to discuss issues as they never attempt to baffle me with automotive jargon.You do need to book ahead as they are popular (no surprise there!) however my most recent emergency was dealt with painlessly after hitting a pothole in a low profile tire, not only did they provide me with multiple phone numbers of local persons able to move my vehicle when I rung them in a panic, but they assessed and commenced the repair within 24 hours. I've just picked up my repaired vehicle and the refinished wheel looks brand new.. now all I need to do is wash the car so it matches the new wheel!”
