“When we decided our main bathroom needed replacing, we started by visiting all the different bathroom shops in the area (wanted a thorough start!). Cambridgeshire Bathrooms is hands down the best in terms of the showroom, the options and the genuine sales team that aren’t pushy and actually help!Steve was our dedicated salesperson, we visited over several Saturdays with our 2 year old and each time he was let us browse and pester him with lots of questions, while our little girl ran pottered around ‘trying’ out the showers. We never felt like we weren’t welcome and each time came away a little bit closer to deciding all the parts of our bathroom. Steve offered to create multiple graphic mock ups to help decide tile choices, which was massively helpful!Post installation, we had 5-6 small boxes of tiles left over. Steve offered to pick them up himself to return to the warehouse to unable him to process the refund. He also visited when we flagged our bathroom unit had a manufactory issue, he then escalated it, ordered us a replacement and contacted our plumber to kick start the work to install. At every point Steve has gone above and beyond and made the process seamless. Would highly recommend using Cambridge Bathrooms!”
