Popped in for a repair kit to fix the nose rests on my spectacles. The wonderful young man fixed them himself, straightened them up and gave them a good clean, all FOC. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided me. I will be going back when my spectacles need changing.

You would think big business eyes tests would all be the same, but the staff at Ely really go above and beyond, kind, helpful, and not pushy with the up selling. Really good experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
