An elderly gentleman ( a friend of ours) went into Travis Perkins Ely a few days back and the young man that served the elderly gentleman was so rude. It took another lady working at TP to come and defuse the situation.
In the end the elderly gentleman chose to go to another competitor and make his purchase.
In this current economical climate, can Travis Perkins really afford to be so rude with their clients. Shame on you.

Had a collection at Travis Perkins today, and I have to say, it was a refreshing change from the usual experience. Most places can be a bit miserable, but Morgan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly, efficient, and professional?made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Credit to the team!

We?ve been using Tp in Ely since they opened on lisle lane, and their customer service has always kept us coming back. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and as a trade account holder they always look after us and do whatever they can to make sure our requirements are met so that we can keep our projects moving. The last year or so have been particularly challenging in the construction industry supply chain, but they have always kept in contact to try and keep disruption to a minimum.

I have been using Travis Perkins in Ely for over ten years now. Neil and the team always make sure that the service is spot on. Pricing is always competitive but the main reason I use them all the time is the staff. Always remember your name , always say hello, how are you ? And always helpful. Thank you Travis Perkins Ely.
