One of the worst building societies I have had the unfortunate experience to have had an account with. Shoddy service and very rude staff. Walked down the road and opened an account at the Yorkshire BS, completely different. Helpful, attentive staff who could not do more to assist. One star from me.

Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to explain transactions in an unhurried way. I've been with the Cambridge for many years.
