Wow. I have had the most amazing facial at the salon today. Included is a back massage which was just so relaxing. I really cannot recommend this highly enough. Maria was very professional and friendly. Thank you so much.Oh, I also had a pedicure which was really good too

Came for the nails, stayed for the chat!I have been going to The Beauty Loft now for 6 months to get my nails done. I have always been sceptical of gel nails as I don't want to ruin my natural nail but after having a baby I wanted something to make me feel confident again and having my nails painted has always made me feel good. My nails are better than ever and always look impeccable thanks to The Beauty Loft! I am so proud of them and never have to worry about them looking chipped or broken now.The moment I walked into the salon I felt at home. It's a beautiful balance of cosy and elegant and the team are all everso welcoming and friendly.I have had the pleasure of both Emily and Maria doing my nails and they are both amazing, patient, talented and knowledgeable on colours to suit your style and skin tone. Not to mention that whoever is around is ready to chat or just allow you to sit comfortably and quietly if you would prefer. They truly understand the value of your self care.Emily's nail art is unrivalled, I have attached some images of my nails just to show her skill as well as the progress of my nail growth and health in such a short space of time.If you are looking for somewhere to get your nails done in Ely or even close to Cambridge. Louise and the girls are amazing at what they do, I always have an intimate wax and Louise always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I have never had any problems with the wax that is used and she always gives me advice to make sure I get the best from her treatment!!Service: Brazilian waxing

I started going to the Beauty Loft earlier this year and cannot fault this place. In particular the owner Louise is very thorough with her treatments, offering a variety of services. I can only comment on the waxing, which I?ve been very impressed with. Louise and team are very friendly and I highly recommend. I look forward to trying other treatments in the future.

I wish I could this service no stars. I don?t usually write reviews but my friend and I feel disappointed. Louise is a lovely person and friendly. However, my friend and I are not impressed nor happy by the quality of service we received. We both got a Hollywood hot wax. At first we thought okay that was fast and quick and in all areas. However, when I got up from the table I noticed I still had some hairs after Louise finished the treatment and left (my fault for not saying anything) and when I came home I noticed there were more hairs? I told my friend before her appointment and my friend made sure Louise pulled out all the hairs as my friend noticed the same. My hair actually grew back within 1 week and 5 days which it never does, it usually takes around 3-4 weeks for my hair to even start to come through and grow. This just shows that the hair was not pulled from the roots properly and a poor technique was used. My friend?s hair also grew back too within 1 week and 6 days! My friend has been having her intimate area waxed for nearly 20 years so you really wouldn?t expect hair to grow back that fast at all in fact she has more hair after going to Louise than before! Not only this, my friend has never had any ingrown hairs and now she has multiple which are painful. I also have noticed either side on my bikini area I have raised spots or bumps which I?ve never had! I am actually so worried about this. Louise likes to state she is the best around and gets through 10-17 waxes in a day and uses good quality wax. However, all we have to say is we would have happily paid more for a better service and quality elsewhere. If I knew this was going to be mine and my friend?s experience we wouldn?t have come at all. Definitely not worth it and definitely would not recommend. A good beautician would know how to wax all hair types properly to a high standard.Service: Body waxing

Had the most incredible facial by Aura on Saturday. She nailed it down to the smallest detail. Made me feel incredibly special before she had even started!She?s a beautiful soul inside and out.The beautiful lavender on the towels, wonderful soothing music, warmth in the room, every little bit was perfect.The facial itself was outstanding. From the scents of the lotions, to the massaging and sensation she created, it took me somewhere heavenly. Quality products speak for themselves. There was a wonderful little surprise as well part of the treatment that I won?t spoilt for others!Exceptionally good price for the treatment. So much so I?ve l ready booked another.Ladies as always, thank you so so much for transporting a very tired mum out of this world for a little while. Can?t wait for the next one!Services: Waxing

I had a LVL lash lift done yesterday with Emily for my holiday next week. She was so lovely and made me feel comfortable straight away. I?ve had lvl lashes done before elsewhere (about 5 times) and none have turned out as beautifully as these have already. It hasn?t even been 24 hours yet.
