Really disappointed with my experience here. I was looking for a particular item and had chosen to come into store instead of getting delivery (or do click and collect), I checked online to make sure that the Ely branch had what I wanted in stock.
When I got there, I couldn?t find the product (although I could find the range of products I was looking for), but I couldn?t even see a label for where it might be.
I asked a member of staff and said there should be some in stock, to which she replied with a curt ?everything that?s in stock is out?, and turned back to what she was doing. She didn?t offer to help me find it, or even look at what I was showing her.
I left without buying anything and went to Boots instead. Very disappointing, the staff obviously don?t care.

I came into your store today to be greeted by a very helpful knowledgeable gentleman he overheard me telling my husband what I wanted.....he then directed me to the exact product i was looking for.....

Absolute disgrace. I was going to buy an item which was labelled 24.99 on the till they attempted to charge me 34.99. As I questioned this, they came up with the excuse that is a different brand and just has been misplaced. If the printing on their labels (apart of the price) is not the smallest possible. Surely they count on people not noticing the difference when they buy multiple items. Crooks.

Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. Made to look like a theif on Monday but soon put a member of staff straight when I said are you talking about this item which I was in the process of paying. Nah won't be going back if she's in there again.

Staff are helpful and shop is well stocked.I ordered some perfume and wanted to collect it from the store (Christmas present) This took the cashier about 15 minutes to complete a computer order. When I asked when it would arrive I was told I would get email updates confirming my order and delivery status. This did not happen and I had to email superdrug several times before I got an answer.

My daughter's balloon popped while we were shopping at Superdrug Ely and made her so upset. One of the staff was so kind that she approached us and tried to comfort her. She gave my daughter a hair accessory that made her smile again....random acts of kindness... We found that today at Superdrug Ely. Thank you so much!

I went in today to take a coloured mascara back and I had the receipt. When I went to the counter and asked for a refund they said I needed the plastic film on it but I said I haven't worn it and this man was pretty much shouting at me saying I can't and then when u said ok and paid for he rest of my stuff he says he price and I say can I get rid of one of the foundations and he grunted and said ok which one and was being sarcastic and very rude. I think the staff here are inappropriately rude and horrible towards customers however the products are very good.
