Well stocked shop with good offers and promotions. Staff aren’t massively friendly, and I really don’t like the upselling that takes place at the counter, feels very transactional and not personal

Really disappointed with my experience here. I was looking for a particular item and had chosen to come into store instead of getting delivery (or do click and collect), I checked online to make sure that the Ely branch had what I wanted in stock.

I came into your store today to be greeted by a very helpful knowledgeable gentleman he overheard me telling my husband what I wanted.....he then directed me to the exact product i was looking for.....
