(The 5 stars are not for the bank they are for the service I got at the bank)
Long story short, my account was locked because I tried to change my phone number through customer service, so I went to a branch in Ely to sort it out, the process santander put in place is unnecessary long but today they got saved by Rafina because I was very very close to lose it, Rafina maintained her professionalism through out and she kept calm, at some point I was actually gonna close the account.
I just want to thank Rafina for her customer service skills , your calmness and your communication skills were emaculate , really appreciate your patience and unfazed attitude, thank you.

Didn't open when it said it would got there to find a note on the door about opening times stating it had been closed all day. It's not even a bank holiday. All the other banks were open and didn't update Google with opening times full well knowing that 99% of people go to Google for info. I'm generally getting fed up with Santander as a bank in general and this is just another example of how appealing they are. Banks are supposed to work for their customers not customers having to work for them and being force to book time off of work to fit around their limited opening hours. Absolute rubbish.
