What an absolute joke of a place!!! Changed my parcel to collection as I knew I wouldn?t be home to receive it. Arrived here to collect my parcel only to read a sign saying they are only open 8-10am!! What working man/woman is able to collect a parcel between 8-10am!! Ridiculous!! Now have to book half day holiday just to collect a parcel!!! I will avoid Royal Fail with avengeance from now on. No wonder others have stopped using them. Annoyed is an understatement!!!

These new shorter opening times are not helpful to those of us that have to work out of the area. This is another service that is going down the pan with no thought for the general public.

New restricted opening times mean that, even though I paid to get my parcel in time for a birthday, there wasn't a time where I could collect it. Not friendly to people that don't work locally and can't go at weekends. Hours even state last collection might be up to 30 minutes before closing.

Nice enough when I go to collect a parcel but their opening hours are a bit awkward. Why only open until 12pm some days and 4pm the rest of the week? I work full time and find it hard to find time out of my work day to collect it.

Unless you have a card they won't help you at all, even if the card never came, even if you have the tracking information and the email telling you to go there to collect. Now they don't allow you to collect post locally in Sutton or Soham anyone without transport basically has no way to collect their mail, and even if you go all the way on the bus you still can't collect without a bit of paper they never delivered. Totally appalling service they will go bust in no time at all.

Item from two months to arrive at destination but Royal mail offers no compensation as it wasn't lost. £25 to post. Website states delivery within a week. Scam.

Had a parcel due to arrive so checked the tracking said return to sender incorrectly addressed. I rushed to the post office where they found my parcel. Wasn?t incorrectly addressed at all so they told me the truth that they hadn?t had the parcels arrive until midday and as I lived in a village that they only had a few drops for they said it looks like they just couldn?t be bothered so just put in as a return to sender. Today expecting another parcel, still waiting!!Update my 2nd parcel arrived 3 days late while I was not home. I went to the post office to collect, the lady?s attitude behind the desk was disgusting, I know there was strikes going on at the time but no need to take it out on the public. Thank you to the young girl working that made up for the older lady?s attitude and poor girl looked embarrassed to even be working with the rude lady.3rd update, yet another parcel this one is 3 weeks late!!4th update my children sent letters to Santa 4 weeks ago to the Royal Mail address, 3 days before Christmas still not got a reply as promised on the website and like we have in previous years.I can completely understand why they don?t deserve a pay rise. I support NHS strikes but post strikes ? just use another delivery company. The only thing total mail are doing by striking is loosing the company more money and they will end up loosing their jobs. Not being funny but not actually a skilled job that requires qualifications so just get another job if they don?t like it surely ???? instead of making the public suffer because they have decided they don?t like their jobs

The guys behind the desk are always helpful, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me get a package after closing and I have seen them do similar for others. True the hours aren't good for 9-5 workers but this will hopefully change in time. Keep up the good work in these challenging times!

Had a card through my door missed letter so I rushed to the PO near sainsburys for 4.30 to be met with a sign that says closed only open till 12! So those of us that work full time how do we now collect any items, i have had to arrange for a redelivery 5 days later what if it is urgent what I am expecting, crazy !

Confused about all the negative reviews. I've lived in 3 different homes in Ely, at all of them Royal Mail have been great. When I've missed deliveries the delivery office have always been very polite and friendly.

Is there an actual phone line or are they in league with BT and share the money ? No human ever picks up the phone!! Have had Aeroplane Monthly delivered for 2 years and for the last two months not delivered I can only imagine that a posture enjoys the magazine as much as me !!
