I'm always having problems with the same woman,she is rude, unhelpful and creates problems and confusion, today she refused to take my amazon return. I never had a positive experience with this person.

YET ANOTHER awful experience with THAT woman. Its so sad that this woman seemingly enjoys being rude and making other peoples lives more difficult. DO NOT try to SCAM me again by overcharging me for postage. A formal complaint will be submitted against you.

To be honest my first positive experience in this PO comes from today. I did ask for help and a small favour and I have been served in a really polite way, everything have been explained and advise given! Until today's afternoon I was avoiding the place like hell but slowly changing my mind.... ?

Always seem to get gouged in this PO.A letter becomes a small parcel because the woman doesn?t push it through the slot with any effort. It?s obviously not allowed to touch the sides.?Guaranteed By 1pm? - a 180g jiffy bag posted at 1330 won?t get there the next day if it?s a Friday apparently.You go in for a Tracked 24 for £2.15 and end up spending £7.65.What you read online doesn?t apply in this PO according to the staff. It really is no wonder RM are struggling with this blatant profiteering and dreadful customer service.If you?ve got a printer, do the labels at home and get the post person to collect from you. Astonishingly you?ll get a deal one third of the price than if you made the effort to go here. Awful.

Avoid at all cost.If you can?t handle post office duties at weekends. Don?t open the post office section.Parcel sent wrong delivery, stamps put on items with 1st class when meant to be second class.Sending envelops as small parcels and charging people £3.35 in stead of £1.05.Complete waste of time and over charged. Will send a full complaint to Royal Mail head office.

I've experience rudeness from the lady staff member when I tried to pay in coins as I had used one bag for twice the total amount due to not having another spare coin bag. I explained to the woman when I came to the counter and asked for some extra bags, she didnt listen to what I had said but when she noticed herself that the bag was double sized she tossed me some money bags on the counter and said "go and sort that out and come back, I'm not sorting that out" Not that I had expected her to in the first place, it takes a few seconds for me to half the bag using the scales at the counter and the shop was completely empty so there wasn't anybody to hold up.Also arrived on 3 other occassions in the middle of the day to find that although the hours online say its open, it's actually randomly closed for a "stock take".Asked the next day when they have their stock takes, so I can avoid those times... answer was: "change of shift" "no specific time".So it's essentially pot luck when you go there if you'll have a wasted journey and can't use the post office/shop as it may be closed entirely.5 bad experiences and I've probably only gone in the place on about 8-10 times in all!!

They seem mega stressed in this place for whatever reason. Always in a rush and make you feel like an inconvenience for using the services offered.Don't go later on in the day when you get told 'the postman will be here any minute and I've got loads to sort out for him'.I try and avoid going.

Horrific service. Saturday lady with pink hair offers possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think she forgets that without customers walking through the door SHE WOULDNT HAVE A JOB! Extreme attitude problem and makes it very clear, on every visit, that she hates the world. Maybe it's time to look for a new job where dealing with customers isnt high on the agenda...

No note on the door, the sign flashes "Open". There is no need to be so disrespectful to your customers. Whoever took over the premises think twice how you run your business. Also, you are running a Post office, so must adhere to the rules.

Only been to the post office 3 or 4 times and got landed with a woman who was just outright rude mardy and unpleasant to deal with on every occasion. My advice would be find a new job because customer service clearly isn't a strength.Other staff excluding the post office absolutely perfect friendly and helping.
