Very poor choices of products, asked for a toilet set ( pan, cistern and seat), waisted 20 minutes to only be given a pan then told they didn't have the rest in Stock.

A huge thank you to Paul at Wolseley Ely. He very patiently listened to me trying to describe my problem, then in a very friendly and helpful manner, explained exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem. This shop has been helpful before which is why I keep going back. It?s so refreshing not to be treated in a patronising way as a woman visiting a trade shop?.THANKYOU.

Went into wolseley today to buy a couple of items, I couldn't believe how miserable the guy was behind the counter, didn't even greet me, didn't even look at me, and when he did eventually speak to me he didn't even raise his head, if it wasn't for the fact that it was a Saturday morning at 11-15am and they close at 12, I would have said to the guy don't bother keep your products I will go somewhere else, but time wasn't on my side.I certainly won't be using this place again, and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone .Extremely bad customer service at its worst
