if you order an chicken supreme just make sure u dont expect olives in ur pizza that you ordered! even tjo you paid for olives they just dont bother to put them or even tell you that they didnt? also chicken tasted very undercooked.

Ordered 2 pizzas from Ely Pizza Hut for a delivery they were over 55mins late and the pizza was cold, absolutely terrible service. I call the shop 3 times and no one answered the phone, I will not order here again.

We have a pizza hut near us in kings lynn but yet we drive out of our way to this particular pizza hut because it's hands down the best. Stuffed crust thats actually stuffed with cheese, instead of air. A perfect size crust, not one that takes up half of the pizza and leaves no room for toppings. Not only that their prices and offers are far better, so we take the trip. Sorry we didn't get a picture due to stuffing our face.

Ordered pizza and sides to collect. Pizza was average, garlic bread was very undercooked, dry and tasteless. Also ordered a mac and cheese which was hard and just overly disappointing. I have always been satisfied with Pizza Hut and it has always been my preferred takeaway. Obviously things have changed within the business new manager was clueless, and I will not be returning!

Ordered user delivery on arrival one pizza missing, so I called the restaurant to be told we dispatched it all, so as we followed the driver on the app and he came direct to us, a bit tounge in cheek did the driver eat it i asked? To be told he must have so I said your saying he stole it? He must have.
We can't resend as your 2 far away contact uber for them to sort out.
We can only email Uber so no help there, shocking customer service and cold what did arrive.
Avoid like the plague rude and unhelpful
