This shop is like an Aladdins cave, they have a great range of things you can want, most of the staff are lovely.....however, there is one older lady who works there. She has shoulder length grey/blonde hair whom literally anything you want is just not doable, she just loves to say no. I've had problems at the post office with her. Problems at the tills, problems with checking lottery tickets and when I asked if an empty shelf meant more stock out the back it was just a flat no. In my experience, the older staff members are usually the best but not in this case. It puts me off shopping here. Not great for OS. I should just add, the younger staff are lovely though.

I go to the store regularly, good stock but most of all the staff and manager are a brilliant group of people. They are friendly, funny with great customer service. I've been a chef most my life and have employed several people over the years but never had a team like them. Well done and I hope the senior management get to see this post and share it with the staff as sadly these days people are too quick to complain but don't give credit where credit is due!

Most of the staff are lovely and so helpful, but a lot are not carrying out their duties of filling shelves and making sure they have enough stock which is a shame I could go into a lot more detail but enough said .

Excellent staff! Very friendly. Extremely good at dealing with individuals who have autism. Very happy to shop there every morning ?!

Never had any problem with the staff. Normally a good laugh. They are a small shop so they can only carry so much. Staff aren't responsible for the prices or the parking. I'm glad it's there.

A typical village shop. They have a post office too. The staff are friendly most of the time, depends who serves you. But the lack of variety is incomparable to most convenience stores. Most of the products you are seeking will not be there, unless you are looking for booze and frozen pizzas.Now they just built a big Co-op literally a minute a way on the roundabout, so most people will just prefer to go there.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially in the post office section of the shop. However, this shop does have somewhat of a local reputation for having to close early due to staff shortages or building issues, perhaps more support from the owners or management is needed to keep the shop competitive with other local shops.

Poor management. Staff stand around and then claim they don't have enough staff to open the post office. Told to come back at 6am and the post office may open. What do for electric and gass. walk to the garage at Wichcam toll. No availability to management. A total lack of service. Tesco's Please get them shop sorted it is key to us residents.
