I went here to get my nails done for the first time and I asked for more natural-looking nails. Not only do they not look natural at all (very clumpy), but he put them on lopsided. Some nails are very wonky.I told him this when paying and he just asked for the money. Not going back and I'm very disappointed.

I will never return to Nail Pro and would NOT recommend it. Two days after having a full set, I had three nails that broke. I called back and said I wanted them all removed because it was clearly shoddy workmanship and I was told I needed to pay to have them removed (but that they?d have been happy to repair the three broken nails? Make it make sense!) Unbelievable service. This was my regular nail shop but will not step foot inside again. Thankfully there is another nail shop opening on fore hill!

I hate having to do this but I have to put the warning out there. I've been going to nail pro for over a year and they have been great. I got a pedicure recently and the lady decided to try to fix my ingrown by digging the cutters right into the side of my big toe. During the appointment I felt like it was a bit aggressive but I figured she knew what she was doing. Next day I noticed the redness and it was so sore. It got aggressively worse and I had to go to emergency clinic to get antibiotics. It has been so painful and been immobile for a few days now. So please be careful getting a pedicure here and don't let any nail tech cut I to the sides.

Definately book as always really busy in there. Great service, extensive range of colours to choose from. If have pedicure you sit in a lovely massage chair. Nails always last really well, rarely chip.Services: Pedicure

I have been going to Nail Pro for a number of years, of late I?ve booked appointments and been turned away because the shop is full of walk ins, it?s cash over the counter and has turned into money hungry greed, I am never disappointed in their work but the fact you book an appointment and turn up only to be turned away is a complete disregard of my time and commitments, for this reason I will never be returningServices: Nail polish changes

I have the most beautiful nails from this place, very reasonably priced for the time and effort into making my nails shaped perfectly. They even suggested improvements to my acrylics so that they look even better. Very clean and proffesional environment each staff greeted me and asked about my day.
