Great staff, always helpful. Car park at the rear which is really helpful when needed to bank quickly in working hours. I switched my current account to Lloyd's as I was banking for business and never had an issue.

Several steps up to front door with a rail to hold on to. Wheelchair entrance round the corner. Bank staff helpful for simple jobs like paying in. But Bank HQ policy is that anything complicated must be done online. Unreasonable to expect an 80+ customer to supply a scanned copy of their signature!

Unable to access branch as rear car park too full to gain access to disabled ramp entrance. Will use St Ives in future, much more DDA friendly.

Yesterday I called at the branch and had an awful lot of loose change following a jumble sale for the upkeep of Lt. Downham Cemetery.I was served by Stephanie and she was most helpful and obliging.Please thank her for me.

Terrible service. They only have two tills which is not enough, yet whilst you are waiting in the queue staff will walk around and ask if they can help you, which in most cases they can't and you end up continuing to queue. I have queued twice today and didn't get served on either occasion due to having to wait for an excessive period of time. The tills are supposed to be for cashiers yet people seem to use them for general queries which extends the waiting time.

Located on a busy junction with no real onsite parking, disabled access is via the back of the branch, as the main entrance has steep steps. The staff are friendly although of late have become obsessed with using iPads to make you do your banking, makes you wonder why bother coming in at all. The bank itself is quite bright and roomy.

Had an appointment today. Was served by Laura. Such a lovely, polite lady. Kept convesersation between me and my partner. Was made to feel very welcome. She was very helpful in what we needed. Would like to thank her very much.
