I've used this Car Wash for many years and it used to be great. Over the past year, however, maintenance of the facility has been poor often resulting in some components missing (such as the either or both of drying components), and it often leaves streaks and marks, even on the expensive washes. This never used to be the case.
Today, however, I was turned away by the team since my car has roof rails, something many cars have, and something has never been a problem over the last five years. Not sure on the logic of this new policy, but for me it means the car wash is no longer usable. Time to find an alternative!

IMO car wash great friendly service and my car was spotless on the outside, triple foam was great, would 100% recommend.

Very rude member of staff, forgets to tell instructions and come to say you have broken my million pound car wash.
No manners at all how to deal with customers.
Not ready to tell his name when I asked.
Very bad service.
Have been to other IMO cash washes , never faced like this.

Just wash my car there and paid 12 pounds .All the cars in front of mine were jet washed properly, and the white tesla was washed and brushed twice. When I came to mine, they just jet wash the near side and when I asked why, the person was extremely rude and literally just pushed away. IMO CAR WASH should check this people. I never will be back. Pay for a service not properly done and treat this unpleasant way is not right in any business .

Can't express how disappointed I was with my car wash in Ely today. I paid for a top ceramic wash, and I went through to find some of the brushes weren't working and at the end the rotating leathers weren't fitted, at the end I was left with a car covered in water marks, and looked worse than when I went in. It will be Ely hand wash from now on, far better service. And no I am not putting in a bad review to help anyone else.

Wasn't very busy. Convenient location. Very friendly staff!!! However, paid for Triple Foam, but machine's equipments haven't got tools as well as 'drying towels'. So like a half of the washing process was missing... All the drops stains were left...

Asked for Rainguard, paid for Rainguard, got Triple foam wash only. Hanging towel drying things missing too. I wager most of the Ultra HD and XTR liquids are empty too, yet charging people. Never using again

Owner came to me and started shouting for no reason very aggressive and threatened me to not come near their car wash again, just because I spoke to one of their employees for 30 seconds

Asked for triple foam wash, charged for triple foam wash, got put through on eco wash, so got ripped off. Its a shame tis has always been a good car wash but wont be returning.

I turned up at 0800 hrs, as I have got a really busy day ahead of me. I am still sat here at 0820 hrs with no sign of anyone opening up. Very poor service! (Thursday 19 December 2024)

A total rip-off. The cheapest wash used to cost £3.50. It's been going up by a pound every few months. Now it's £6!
In this cost of living crisis, with everything getting more expensive, you can predict that some people will exploit the situation to profit more. This is one of them.
The attendants have a very indifferent attitude, like they don't really care about their job.
