We are from Cambridge however we found better school shoes selection in Ely. Very professional and nice staff. The shop is clean and tidy.

We visited today to get my little boys feet re-measured after having them first measured at Clark?s and his shoes not fitting ever so well. The measurement and foot checks were incredibly thorough and the lady found the perfect fitting pair of shoes for my boy, explaining why they were the best ones due to him having a high instep on his feet and making sure we were happy with their decision.
I cannot recommend Gibbs enough, we will definitely be going back for every pair of shoes and every foot measure.

Lovely shop. Lovely shoes. Bit shocked that both assistants in the shop today were so engrossed in their conversation they failed to even smile at the other customer and me. We both left.. What a shame.

I visited the store a few days ago with my daughter to buy some new school shoes. We was served by a lady who measured her feet and then brought out a variety of shoes for her to try on. From start to finish the lady was very helpful, friendly and patient . I?ve shopped at Gibbs for my daughter and for myself for a few years and will certainly continue to do so. Excellent service.

Purchased a pair of slippers two years ago, but only wore for one year before they started to fall apart. Gibbs told me that this was NORMAL and you can only expect to get one year's life from a pair of slippers. Will not be going back there again.

Went for my daughter's first pair of shoes. Staff were friendly and patient. Not a massive selection in her size (choice of two), but they have pretty much all of the child sizes, so variety isn't the most important thing.
