Kayleigh is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Before, during and after my treatments she has answered all the questions I didn?t know I needed to ask and so much more. Through Kayleigh?s caring and attentive nature I felt at ease and comfortable through all my appointments. The treatment room is also clean, sanitised and welcoming. I would highly recommend Kayleigh to my friends and family!

I booked an appointment for today at 1315, I paid £100 at time of booking and to confirm my appointment, Kayleigh then cancelled it as she didn?t realise I had paid deposit, I then paid another £100 towards my appointment so all in £200 and I was always scheduled for 16th at 1315pm as I was working until 12noon.
Msg Kayleigh when she asked to bring this forward to 12-no I can?t but will finish work at 12 and come straight there. So should be there about 1230 ish (driving fm Wisbech)
I arrive for my appointment at 1241 and Kayleigh said when I walked in my appointment is cancelled as I?m late, this was said in front of another customer who was just finishing up, so actually Kayleigh was also running late. I was told to stand outside until they were finished, which I did.
I went back in when I was allowed and again told my appointment was cancelled as I was late, I was upset but not rude at this point and asked what now- then was told other salons would charge £300 for not showing up but she wouldn?t do that but I have lost my £200
I said I was late by 11mins due to traffic and looking for a car park space, considering I only agreed to bring forward my appointment to help her out and he childminding fees then this is not fair on me
She said I was being rude which is not true, I said I?m upset and reiterated I was doing her the favour in the 1st instance
Was told again what other salons charge, and Kayleigh started crying and said she had a childminder to pay and has enough stuff going on in her life!!!
I said I?m sorry your pregnant and head all over the place but I won?t be paying £300 for nothing and I want my money back
DO NOT USE THIS SALON
Feel scammed out of £200 for nothing- no discussion on rescheduling as that was not an option, basically lost my hard earned money as I turned up at 1241 when my appointment was always 1315 so I was trying to help Kayleigh but arriving as close to 1230 as I could and I messaged to say this
DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH HER ATTITUDE AND TRIED TO ACCUSE ME OF BEING RUDE WHICH I WASNT!!!

10/10 service, Kayliegh is fantastic at her job and always provides the best service and client care, I remember being so nervous the first time I had a brow shape and tint but Kayliegh reassured me and did a great job!

Kayleigh is amazing, super knowledgeable, always answering any queries I have with rapid responses. She puts you at ease with her welcoming personality. Clinic is always clean and presentable. 10/10 would recommend her for any procedures.

Every treatment is always fabulous, from skin tag removal, threading & individual lash extensions i would highly recommend Kayleigh.
Such a wonderful person who is a perfectionist at everything she does.

I have extreme anxiety plus other social complications however I have always felt comfortable and completely understood. Anyone who suffers will understand how hard that is to find. K will always go out of her way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. This women know her craft and is amazing?. Ps I?m taking this time to write this whilst in Croatia!!!! She?s that lovely xxxxx

I have had a great experience so far with my Lazer hair removal treatment ! Kayleigh explains everything so well and always makes me feel comfortable.
The clinic is also so lovely inside.
