I booked an appointment for today at 1315, I paid £100 at time of booking and to confirm my appointment, Kayleigh then cancelled it as she didn’t realise I had paid deposit, I then paid another £100 towards my appointment so all in £200 and I was always scheduled for 16th at 1315pm as I was working until 12noon.
