Not the best service I have had you order a meal and as they missed half of the order but still charge you the full amount it's not nice and when I called to ask where the rest of my order was they laughed and said we will only get you what you got and the rest(that i didn't get) went to the delivery driver.
Will never use them again for deliveries as they scam you........

I absolutely love it. Every time i go with my friends we always take ages to order and sort out our payment but everyone there is so patient. They all smile and the food is incredible, it is such a friendly place and i always go back. #love #dominoeselyontop

I went to order in store last Thursday. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. First I have to say the person behind the counter that took my order wasn't friendly as he doesn't not smile when greeting a customer.I sat and waited in store for my pizza to be ready. When my pizza was ready they put it under the light and the person who should have give it me ignore it and started to make some pizza. The other guy that was making pizza minutes prior noticed me so he went to check under the lights and finally gave it me, he was friendly.
I went home opened the box and realised there was barely any mozzarella on the pizza so at the first bite all I could taste is the tomato sauce taking over any other flavour. I was upset took a picture and called customer service to raise a complain and they took my details saying the store would contact me within 2 days. After a couple of days someone called me saying he was from customer care and offered me this :We apologise and we promise this wouldn't happen again! I replied: this is what I get just an apology after I was dissatisfied of the taste and quality of the pizza? He replied : so what do you want?
Before I had the chance to reply he hung up on me and no bother to be back. ??
So remember whoever you are that called me : An unhappy customer will not come back to your store and would not promote your business to family and friends.

If you are Italian, don't eat this pizza or you will become the Trevi fountain with the outlet, after eating it we all felt sick (there were 15 of us) and one of us vomited up his delicious pizza with bacon, meatballs and bbq sauce, I do not recommend it to Italians and beyond...

Watched one of your delivery drivers on a moped go through every single red light on cowbridge road last night clocking 60mph, absolutely disgusting behaviour putting peoples lives at risk, absolutely disgusting behaviour and that driver needs sacking!

Amazingly efficient in comparison to other alternatives Staff manager is astutely professional. Handles new drivers well and has excellent phone manner. Most efficient and consistent pizza in Ely area.

You literally had 1 job, provide the pizza we ordered...we have an autistic son who will only eat a margarita pizza, we got home to find it was a mushroom and pineapple pizza and it was cold to boot, we are not in Ely so was pointless going back so had to go to local coop to buy him a pizza he would eat....won't be using you again
