Absolutely amazing service everytime, a calm clean friendly environment, attracting all walks of life, great to hold small casual meetings, personal work space, and just to unwind with a nice drink/food, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, remembering drinks ordered often, and helping through new menu options, Max and Kayleigh especially are outstanding, great job all round!!

Generally small queue, much improved from a couple of years ago when it could take an age to get a coffee. Can get a bit noisy with small children running around.

Looking around place really deteriated, packs shortbread on counter all smashed up. Cakes in display case looked like they had been there several days. Place could do with a clean.

Costa coffee was pleasant, friendly staff and as you would expect. Food looked presentable and the whole service area was clean. You can tell it's well run by the quality of the displays. Only down side is price even through it's on par with industry standards, the treats are still just too much money. Then again everything is too much money these days..
