Generally small queue, much improved from a couple of years ago when it could take an age to get a coffee. Can get a bit noisy with small children running around.

Looking around place really deteriated, packs shortbread on counter all smashed up. Cakes in display case looked like they had been there several days. Place could do with a clean.
