When the old manger Ray was there the shop was always well stocked, clean, tidy and the staff where so friendly it was a pleasure to shop there, but now days you are currently lucky if you can get anything! Twice this week I've been in to buy staple items to find one or more sold out, thought I would grab myself some fresh cookies and doughnuts from the bakery instead of leaving empty hand, well I wish I hadn't bothered, the cookies are burnt on the bottom and the doughnuts where dry and where like trying to eat rubber!!! Let's just say they ALL went into the bin!!! As for the staff only Corrine, Helen, Marcel and a young lady have any manners and are willing to give you a hello, thank you or hold a conversation with you, all the others just grunt and don't even give you eye contact, making for a very uncomfortable environment when trying to pay for your shopping.
Its such a shame a lovely shop has gone down hill over the last few years, bring back Ray and his band of happy staff!
