A Male member of staff was rude Today and served soup cold and glared and was argumentative when we complained. It's happened a few times before, the cold soup that is.

We were out on boxing day for a long walk with our dog and so so pleased to find Caffe Nero the only one open in Ely and even better they allow dogs to come in .Thank you all , the coffee are the best it's just like being at home ??and to have maritozzi and panettone was the best boxing day treat Grazie.

Went in for just a take away latte, was asked if I wanted smooth or strong, gave my choice and was then informed of the price without any mention that either of the choices were actually an increase in price and to get the advertised price I wanted 'classico', an option that wasn't offered. Luckily I noticed that the price had been elevated. How many others had been 'upsold' without noticing? A poor practise in my opinion.

Very pleasant atmosphere and great service! Clean tables and venue which feels very pleasant. Staff is very friendly and choices are great. The only issue is that for a quick coffee and a cookie you have to spend nearly as much as for a proper meal. I hope the chain will work on that.
Parking: Parking is available closer by but often had no spaces on the weekend.

I think that staff members are not trained enough when it comes to their festive drinks. Every year I get exited to try something new and it?s a lottery if they mess it up or not.
This year I wanted to try caramelised pistachio latte and I got it without whipped cream and pistachio even if requested and shown made this way on posters in front of their shop. Staff members are friendly and do their coffee just fine if it?s something that is on their regular menu. I don?t think I?ll be returning anytime soon. It?s a small thing but it frustrates and makes you want to make coffee at home.

Ok, I almost thought I stepped into a "Starbucks" as the place had a similar look. I was sort of right as this is a chain that is local that has a similar vibe, but better.
I picked up a White Mocha (hot) and my son got an Iced Latte. He also got a breakfast sandwich, while I got a raisin bun. Since the sandwich needed to be warmed, they brought it out to our seat.
Price was what would be expected and she was very friendly while we ordered. It was a bit busy, but they both kept the line moving. Both coffee and food were what we needed to start the day.
Parking: Plenty of free parking lots.

Outstanding service from Ksenia.
Our daughter dropped her drink and she came over and cleaned it no problem, also replacing it.
This is what great customer service is all about, an increasingly rare attitude these days.
This made our experience excellent and relaxed, and we will certainly return.
