Very poor service and customer care. I bought several items on a multibuy deal but the discount wasn't applied. I returned to the shop and was told by staff that the items weren't in the deal although they were clearly marked as being such. I then took the team member to show her that the items were on the shelves under the deal. She then took them off and offered me my money back. I then said that I just wanted them to honour the deal but she would not do this.
I then raised the issue with BP customercare. The process dragged on and eventually, I was told that the store manager had stated the items had been reduced and had a price reduced sticker on them. This was completely untrue.
We were talking relatively small amounts here, but if I took small items without paying, that would be theft. Similarly, I feel that the garage's failure to honour the advertised deal is a breach of contract and I shall pursue this further.
Would advise all customers to check their receipts.

I know there's not much to say about petrol stations. This one though, is brilliant. The staff are truly wonderful. Incredibly helpful and friendly. I thought I'd buggered my wing mirror. Went in to see if they had any gaffer tape to secure it. A chap (Dale) came out to have a look for me. He fixed it! What an utter legend. Definitely take a trip to this one for all your motor and snacks needs.

A week ago went to wash motorcycle at this BP petrol station and was very disappointed. The main jet wash is broken, the two other ones are all covered in deep mud and stones, disgusting.

M&S simply food is very well stocked.
Petrol usually competitive with esso garage down the road.
Service friendly.
Pumps nearest shop need care accessing as there is a curved post that appears to be scrapped/ knocked!!
Very difficult to get out from if crossing traffic on road.
However if you like M&S you should find what you want even though it is small.
Small cash point outside is usefull

Myself and my friend call in at ely bp 5days a week at 5.40 in the morning for a bacon bap and coffee the staff on this shift are amazing it makes our morning worth getting up for. Always a smiling face and plenty of laughs and make us very welcome so BEN JOSH and OZZY keep up the good work X
