Fatma is the best optician I have ever visited. She?s genuinely person-centred, always takes the time to understand what?s been going on, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care. I had to see another optician at Boots Ely while Fatma was on leave, and the experience was shocking ? they didn?t even read my notes or acknowledge my history. On top of that, the other staff often seem unsure of how to even book an appointment properly. The difference in professionalism and care is huge. Fatma is the only reason I?m giving 5 stars ? without her, I wouldn?t return. I wouldn?t trust my eye care with anyone else.

So friendly and helpful in Ely branch. Been to others and always found Boots much more reliable than other certain opticians where I?ve had to return several times because of getting glasses wrong. Would ? recommend Boots opticians. 5 stars!

Very thorough and helpful from all members of the team - from testing of eyes with machines and charts through to selection of glasses. Highly recommend attending an eye check with them!

I felt really listened to & was having a few issues & Adam the optitionist was really helpful & understood me. He wasn't in a rush and i felt he thoroughly checked my eyes sight. Also the staff there were very helpful & nice.

Don?t bother phoning them! I?m sure they are trying to save money but both they and the pharmacy might as well have their lines removed- which would save more- who needs customers anyway??
