Took my grandchild in today. I had concerns he may have an ear infection. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful, showed us to a private room and checked his ears. He showed empathy and compassion which was much appreciated.

Pretty decent Boots with friendly staff, but could do with having fewer promotional aisles (summer/christmas) and having more standard stock as lots of beauty ranges aren?t available. Also the photo printing machines are very temperamental

Been going to Boots for years.Br.in Ely has mostly very unhelpful & rude staff.A male pharmacist made people lock the foors at a lunchtime whilhanded my medication to me which I signed for.I have reportrd him to their head office.However as have been advised that many Boots are closing down this is not surprising. Told the manager & they refused to take criticism.So have found elsewhere,where the staff are polite & helpful.

Came in at 5 mins before closing time and i can completely understand that they would?ve had a busy hard day but there?s no need to swear about other customers in front of us. The 3 young people was very good and we was being as quick as possible to get them closed but when another customer came to get her MEDICATION the older man proceeded to call her rude names right in front of us. The young girl behind the till seemed very shocked as well. Seems like the older more experienced ones need some training.
