Took my grandchild in today. I had concerns he may have an ear infection. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful, showed us to a private room and checked his ears. He showed empathy and compassion which was much appreciated.

Pretty decent Boots with friendly staff, but could do with having fewer promotional aisles (summer/christmas) and having more standard stock as lots of beauty ranges aren’t available. Also the photo printing machines are very temperamental
