“A fantastic bookshop.My wife and I love Topping. And have visited many, many times. We’ve also enjoyed numerous author events, from Paxman and Nigella, to Antony Beevor and Rick Stein.Their selection of literature is unsurpassed, in East Anglia. It’s fabulous to have such a gem of a book store so nearby (we live in March, about 15-18 miles away).Of particular interest to me are the military history and art sections, both of which are superb. And both of which have regularly depleted my finances.Staff are friendly and helpful. And you can even get a cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy a leisurely perusal of any intriguing tomes as you sip.And, of course, it’s in the lovely ’city’ (that status thanks to the awesome cathedral!), so there’s lots else to see and do.Very highly recommended.”
