Great store with friendly staff. Clothing quality can be varied but it is generally good value for the high street.

my daughter got me a gift card to sped in certain shops bonmarsh was on the list to exchange the gift card, but the assistant was very rude to to me today, the 08/08/23, I went into bonmarsh to ask the Assistant weather I could exchange this card there, and she no we don't do these cards, but when I told bonmarsh was on the list to spend,it, and the Assistant told me I have just told you that we don't do this gift card, there was no need to be that rude to me and she shouldn't speak to customers like that when I'm 87 years old she should have more respect but now bonmarsh has lost a sale in that shop. I don't be deserve to be disrespected from the sales Assistant

Lovely 1st time in the Ely store. Lady helped me deciding on work trousers for a new job and took back the ones i ordered online . After getting some trousers they even ordered another 3 pairs online for me. Great experience and nothing was a problem. Thank you and I'll be back!!

Apparently they are open until 5pm now. Website says 4.30!.....I wouldn't have gone in but I phoned and was informed it was 5pm! No wonder they are in trouble, if they can't even update opening times?

Went in today and was not welcomed, thanked or said goodbye too and heard one of the staff shout at a customer to shut the door as it was cold. The one in Newmarket was so much nicer than the Ely one, it's a shame it's gone.

Good selection of ladies clothes that caters for all age groups and taste. Reasonably priced quality goods. Friendly helpful staff are on hand should you need them. There is ample parking as the store is next to the city center car park that benefits from a generous number of disabled bays and not forgetting that it is FREE to park for three hours. To finish of your shopping trip there is waitrose across the path that has a small coffee shop or you can take a stroll about 100 yards down the cloisters and treat yourself to a beverage and a bite to eat in the first of the many coffee shops and cafes the city has to offer

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Ely Bonmarche. I have only ever known Bonmarche to sell 'Grandma' clothes to be perfectly honest but I went in recently just to look out of interest and noticed that there were many clothes that were fairly fashionable and it seems as thought the look and vibe of the place has changed! Which is great because it gives a new confidence to many women as well as changes to target audience for the store. I wouldn't say I would shop there but I wouldn't say that i'd never go in to browse again either.
