The sainsburys store that this is located in says it is open from 8am. I drove half an hour to pick up my package to find that the click and collect isn?t open till 8:30! I then had to wait around for 30 minutes. This should be updated in the google opening times.

Popped in to collect a couple of orders this evening. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Would definitely visit this Argos again.

It's nothing more than a collection point.Often the item is never in stock (unless it's tiny). If you try to place an order often you will find that it can be collected anywhere from a day to a few days later. It obvious by it's size it can't carry a decent range.Normally I find myself driving to Newmarket just to get the item the same day. You may as well use Amazon as it will be quicker to get the item you want.Have no quibbles with the staff, but Sainsbury's have done the residents of Ely a disservice by relocating the store from the high street to a tiny corner of their Ely Supermarket.Don't bother.

After being given wrong information, including being advised to travel to a tier 3 store when March & my home address is in tier 4 by the door staff at the March store. I went to the Ely branch. Katie was very helpful & friendly. Helped me sort out a voucher payment on my app.

TERRIBLE, avoid like the plague! delivery driver damaged my front door, phoned they hang up, email it bounces back, live chat on hold for an hour no one comes back to you.There is no way to contact Argos at present, they are using the covid 19 situation as an excuse for terrible customer servicetrip to the store is the only way, hardly the right thing to do

I collected a memory mattress from Argos Ely Sainsburys weighing 22kilos in a box (memory foam). I had no assistance. It was put in a trolley I took to the car and placed into my car and got it home. I pulled this double mattress upstairs and put onto the bed. Easy as in a roll and sealed up.I found the 100 night sleep guarantee misleading, so thought they would collect returned mattress when I ordered new one for delivery. They said no must be returned to shop so I can get my money back,I am a very active 58 year old lady but physically I feel dealing with an extended double mattress is now a much bigger and harder item to handle for someone on their own. Argos kindly gave me instructions to roll it up again and tie it up with tape.When taking this back, I will again have to park in the car park, take through the entrance to Sainsbury's and all the way through the shopping isles to the back of the store, will be very interesting.I have just called the Argos store concerned and spoken with a lady (I have taken her name) and asked if there is another way I can drop this mattress off, NO was the answer. I then asked if I would be able to get assistance? She said I would have to walk up to Argos to ask at the time leaving my mattress in the car park and then there would be no guarantee that they could help.
