I have just purchased my first property with my girlfriend and without the help of Catherine D, I can honestly say the process would have been stressful. However, Catherine helped us out with any questions and queries we had and was quick to respond and responses where always in detail and we always knew what was going on. Helped me gain my first mortgage with a local bank by facilitating the review of multiple lenders in one go - something I didn't have the time and skill to do myself. Now looking at moving house and remortgaging. Fortunately I just contact my advisor at absolute sense and they work out the affordability and present what's possible. Everything is free as they take the fee from the lender not the customer :)
