Absolutely awful. Asked for very light ginger/blonde and left with dark brown hair with patches of purple and red throughout. Was also given highlights that turned out to be two large bright yellow/orange stripes and the stylist didn?t even tone them or try to blend them in. My hair is patchy in colour and looks awful. Also received a wonky cut that is several inches shorter than I asked and has 0 layers. Would not recommend do not go here unless you want to waste money and leave upset
