Absolutely awful. Asked for very light ginger/blonde and left with dark brown hair with patches of purple and red throughout. Was also given highlights that turned out to be two large bright yellow/orange stripes and the stylist didn’t even tone them or try to blend them in. My hair is patchy in colour and looks awful.... read full comment
