Quiet day in early January, maybe three other tables taken. Seated at the bench peppered in crumbs, among several tables still uncleared. Wine glass on our table had lipstick on it. Toilets in a complete mess, terrible smell and green mould around the sinks.
No major problems with the staff directly, but overall it really wasn't up to standard on the day.

There were 3 off us at the table afre a long wait i got my main then it was at least half an hour before the other 2 got theres, appatently i got someone elsrs food.

Had to wait nearly 2hrs for food to arrive - this was with several prompts. Only two out of three of us were served and the other person had to wait another 20mins. These guys are running their business way to lean. They are clearly relying on non-return business in a touristy area.

Very disappointing slow service tonight. Risotto was dry and not great. Our chocolate melt pudding was so slow coming it was all cold.

Came for a nice meal after visiting the winter park with another family. We couldn't have been more ignored, the order was wrong, and the toilets were in a ghastly and unsanitary state. It took over 20 minutes to get the bill from asking multiple times, and they had the audacity to add a tip on. We?ve eaten in many Zizzis and always otherwise had good meals and service, so this seems to be the wrong one to visit. Avoid this one, really disappointing.
Also, two people had the 'triple pepperoni pizza', which boasts 3x the normal amount of peperoni. If that's the case, then the normal amount would be 11 small circles of pepperoni for a whole pizza.

Absolutely atrocious. Spent two hours here waiting for food.
Food when it came was awful.
Had to clear dirty plates from table ourselves.
Despite fact that restaurant couldn?t cope with diners they still kept pumping out Deliveroo orders. Maybe that?s the priority.

service took 2 hours for a starter and the pizza was burnt and 2 people left that went in at the same time as us a hour earlier.

We had a wonderful first experience here! Laveesha provided excellent service - she was friendly and genuinely attentive to customers. We're looking forward to returning again.

Sooooooo slow. Not sure if it was the wait staff or the kitchen, but we waited over an hour for our food, it was mediocre (could have made it ourselves at home, easily) and the food was bland. Wait staff was kind and apologetic, but still? ? won?t be eating here again.

You have to order from the approved which actually makes it easier. The order doesn't get submitted until everyone at your table orders. We got the sampler platter and it was so good! I loved it! Best marinara sauce I've ever had! Get something with the marinara sauce on it! I didn't and it was good but it could've been better. It was super busy so you don't see the server often but they were still nice.
