Staff refused to deal with DHL parcel (told to go to a different store instead) blaming there is a staff shortage.

Surprisingly limited stock of available items (difficult even to get A3 paper or good quality foolscap folders). Prices are very high. Nonetheless, a convenient location for getting items, friendly staff, and good access to self check-out.
