Absolutely hopeless!
I phoned my GP yesterday for a new prescription of an inhaler, so I can you know? breathe properly! They prescribed it, Bruce at Cottenham surgery assured me it had been sent yesterday at 14:40, and I went in this morning? ?sorry we don?t have it, it hasn?t been sent.?
Anyone would think they?re performing brain surgery, with how confused they get.
I?m not one to complain, but I need my inhaler.

Friendly and helpful staff. Just not enough of them to cope with the demands of so many customers prescription and even taking the pharmacist off the floor to do flu and COVID injection. Wells don?t you think your staff do enough. Employ a vaccine trained practitioner and take the stress of the already overworked and sometimes overwhelmed employees

Asked for ear drops for an infection and simply told go and see your GP. NHS suggests asking a pharmacist. Went somewhere else and received polite and helpful advice.

Great place for your local prescription bits and bobs

My wife goes in for her prescription at 1.30pm, the store is open and 2 staff inside....they're both on lunch and can't give out any prescriptions apparently....no signs, nothing - all within the opening times.My wife got a text to say her prescription was ready for collection - their reply? Come back 30 minutes later, we're on lunch.My advice? Close the store if you can't serve people....and why if you have 2 staff do both go on lunch at same time?
